THE OLIVE GROVE
Agricola VIRÀ's olive grove is made up of native cultivars of olive trees, Nocellara del Belice (60%), Biancolilla (30%) and Cerasuola (10%), which extend over a hill characterized by a varied type of soil. The particularly mild climate, the altitude of about 400 meters and the proximity to the sea, all give the oil extracted from our olives a unique taste and organoleptic characteristics of high quality.
