In our crash course you'll find out how to brew, ferment, and bottle your own home-brew. The two-week fermentation process has been condensed into one session. You'll learn about the brewing process, get brewing experience, and for an added treat, we'll provide some award winning beer t taste. The course is taught by our special brew master, John Smith.
