In Scoria Winery's Wine Aroma Workshop, you will learn how to smell wines like a professional and discover how to recognize the multitude of aromas and flavours that can be found in each glass. You will hear detailed explanations about the grape growing process as well as insights into wine production. You will also find out what lies behind the name Scoria, which relates to the unique terrain (terroir) and how it makes our wines so unique.
As well as the workshop, winemaker and owner Ofer Turgeman will give you a personal tour of the winery and vineyards, plus you'll be treated to some local cheeses, light refreshments and stories!
This workshop is designed for groups of between 5 and 20 people. It can be given in Hebrew or in English.
