Desert wine is what we do!
Discover the artful marriage of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot varieties in this dry red by Midbar Winery. The wine boasts a deep red color and aromas of red fruits, cassis, plums and black pepper, the dominant fruit supported by the tree's flavors. You'll find a full body, broad tannin structure and mouth rich in flavors and complexity.
The Cab/Merlot grapes were hand-harvested in September and underwent alcohol fermentation in stainless steel containers. The wine should develop in its bottle during the coming years.
