They brew their beer with the addition of rose water, using petals that they harvest themselves annually. The basic scents of this golden, unfiltered beer pull in the direction of a classic wheat beer, where the presence of rose water blends in almost naturally and without strain. Varda Beer’s encounter with the palate is surprisingly pleasant and balanced. Even though it contains no less than seven and a half percent alcohol, the beer manages to maintain lightness throughout!!
