OUR VISION

Erez Coffee Co is a producer of premium cold brew coffee and other coffee-related products. Our vision is to bring Israel and the world delicious coffee with our own brand of “cool”. Cold brew coffee is coffee that’s brewed with room temperature or cold water over a 12 to 24-hour brew time. Because it’s made with colder water, it mitigates the bitterness, and tastes more rounded out. The outcome is a coffee with more of a full body and a little less acidity than regular coffee. It has more caffeine and is easier on the stomach. If you are the type of person who loves having complete control of your day, hates waiting in lines, and needs a boost of energy in the morning or at work then our cold brew is just for you.
